I think Walsh's experience at the Telus Cup will make him a very good candidate for the rookie of the year trophy. I'd like to see Barnie as a OA next year. I don't think Bourque will play in the Q next season so...

I also think Bourque will play AHL, even if he had a bad end of season.

For Walsh, I hope he will be excellent! He shows great things in the Q in the first half of the year. But, I watched Tesink(same age) yesterday : Wow!

Ya, Tesink is very impressive for his age. Lafontaine too. I would have like to see Burke... It sucks for him.

I think the last draft will be better than we previously though!

Who do you think is gonna take Fillipi's spot? Mikhail Grigorenko? Is he the next Russian superstar you're all talking and dreaming about?

Sounds interesting... I hope for you that he's worth taking Filippi out of the picture for next year.

Tesink (93) is a year older than Walsh (94).

Hi Radu
How are you all.
What was it in perticular that impressed you with Tesink?
I love to listen into the Seadogs, so perhaps I dont get the "whole picture"

Hi MarcPiquesFan
May I pick your brains again regarding Q stuff via PM?

So, they traded both euros and Grenier so far.. looks like Roy really has new plans about euros.

Well, one of the Remparts draftees is Kurt Etchegary.

Does anyone know him?

Hi johnnydrum!

Even if he's 17, Tesink plays like a veteran. Great decisions and vision, good skills!

That's a pretty good question actually.

To be honest, I think it's unlikely but maybe there's a chance...

I've seen him play quite often, as I live in Lakeshore and he plays for the Lions. To summarize his skill set, he's pretty much a natural stud. He is a solid centerman and a great pickup for the organization. He plays well in all three zones, maybe not the most phsical but will definitely compliment any team at a second line role. Great player.

I thought I was free of them here. I was wrong.

BTW, Chicoutimi has always been garbage.

Québec will be garbage for sure next season, especially if Duclair doesn't show up.

No seriously, if Roy drafts two youngs studs at the CHL Import draft, you can have a pretty good team even if Duclair stays in LSL.
