Chris Neil and Boogaard?

So I'm watching Carkner's fight against Boogard (RIP) and looked for fights against Neil. I can't find any. I can't believe they have never fought each other! All I could find was the cheap shot to Neil's package. Have you guys any links to a fight?

By the way, in case you aren't aware, Carkner was Boogard's last fight and he lost, big. Was never the same again...

Not surprising considering Neil is probably weighs 50lbs less than Boogard. Neiler is far from a HW

Their paths didn't cross very often.

RIP Boogeyman.

neil probably WOULD have fought him if he had to but there is no way that he is in his weight class. neil is a welterweight/light heavyweight. the boogeyman was definitely a superheavyweight.

I think you mean middleweight, not welterweight.

Actually, I doubt Neil would ever fight him...he would probably pretend he wanted to fight him when he knew there were refs in between and late in the game (usually too late to impact the result anyway)...failing that he would try to intimdate some featherweight....

...at least this seems to be how he rolls the last couple seasons

NY Post states Boogaard asked to be let go for the final week of regular season so he could go into NHL/NHLPA Behavorial Health/Substance Abuse Program. Man, he was doing his best to turn his life around...

Do you think Carkner will be messed up because of this, if Boogaard did die from brain trauma?

RIP Boogaard

If he did die from brain trauma, I don't see how it wouldn't affect Carkner. (Even though it wasn't just a result from that one fight, but all the others boogaard was involved).
