I had a Fuller's London Porter the other other day. Can anyone suggest similar dark beers like that. Really tasty.

Have you ever had a chance to try it on tap? I was in Paris last year and saw some on tap and was like ooohhhh - it is AMAZING. More different than most other beers when comparing bottle/tap.

To anyone who lives in Calgary, or anyone who makes trips here often. There will be a restaurant called "Craft Beer Market" opening this month with a 100 different craft beers on tap. This place looks promising.

Nothing like a cold beer to wash down some garlic bread and sliced cukes.

A bunch of money? They're 3.xx a bottle at the place I go to.

You can get 750's of the original for 6.xx as well.

I need to find a place with the Rum Cask brew though. If anyone has a place, PM it to me please.

You cant go wrong with Pilsner or Lucky. Different beers for different times.

Just polished off one of these:

Only place in the city I know of right now that has the Rum Cask is Sherbrooke. Your best bet is to go look there. I believe it is $3.75 a bottle there. As for the regular and blonde you can usually find them for $2.99 at any Sobeys liquor stores. Superstore liquor store sells the regular for $2.59 a bottle for one or $2.49/bottle if you buy a case of 24. They also sell the Rum Cask for wicked cheap too, but I haven't seen any in stock at either of the two superstore liquor stores I've been to (South Common and 17th Street).

Cukes on the left and chops on the right behind the beer. Good food pairing for the blonde (the pork that is).
