Spectacular saves? More like his defense bailing him out.

Are you talking about Thomas? Because while his defense has helped him, the guy has made some BIG saves this game.

I'm no Tim Thomas fan, but some people are ridiculously hard on the guy. Not necessarily you BB, but still. Regardless of the team in front of him, the guy is a damn good goalie.

I am hard on him cuz i'm bitter about Hank not getting a nod, I can admit that . But the saves they showed were saves where he let loose a huge rebound that would've been easy to clean up if the defense hadn't bailed him out. They didn't show that one save where he had to sprawl out his upper boy to the right post from the left post cuz that was a beauty, but the ones they showed were just ridiculous rebounds.

I've been watching the game on and off, and I've seen him stop one full breakaway and 2 partial breakaways. He has looked good tonight, all things considered.

Announcer: "It's in!"

And that's when I shouted "that's what she said".

Don't jinx it.

I would ABSOLUTELY HATE for the both of them to get swept and it will never happen in a million years. NEVER.

Bruins can't possibly blow a 3-0 lead and then a 2-0 to the flyers in consecutive years can they?

I have to say, Kenny Albert is awful when he does TV broadcasts. I don't know if he simply hasn't adjusted to TV yet or what, but he's bad. He's a step behind and trips over himself during hectic moments. There's also moments where the color guys are talking, something develops on the ice and they pause to allow Kenny to jump in, and instead he stays silent. It's weird.

I love Kenny, but he may need to stick to radio.

imo a Philly/Was conference final could be one of the most exciting ECFs in a while, that would be a heck of a series, especially with the way the teams have played eachother in the past.
I can't exactly get myself too excited for a TBL/BOS ECF.

So therefore I might be one of the few who is actually rooting for the Caps/Flyers now in their respective series'. I hate both teams pretty deeply during the regular season, but once the Rangers are out I'm most concerned about enjoying these last 3-4 weeks of the hockey season with some amazing hockey. As long as neither go on to win the cup I'll be fine with that

Yes, perhaps the only Rangers fan.

So let me get this straight...you want them both to make it to the ECF where one of them is then guaranteed to get a trip to the SCF...where you then hope that team will lose...all in the name of exciting hockey? Yikes.

Philly should let Boston take Game 3. That way they'll have them right where they want them.

Uh, the Bolts are playing some pretty exciting hockey and are starting to look like this year's dark horse for The Cup.

I like the Bolts and all...but they're doing textbook 1-3-1...i.e, trapping, which is extremely boring. I'm not complaining about it like some ******** fools, but they're playing REALLY boring hockey for the most part.

It's hard to be boring with St. Louis, Lecavalier, and Stamkos. I really haven't noticed this lack of excitement in their play. Their powerplay sure is a thing of beauty.
