Whenever I watch Fox (sports only! I had to clear that up), I get this really weird audio noise through the speakers. It lasts 3-4 seconds and replays every 7 or so seconds. It's annoying as ****. If the volume is normal you can barely make it out, but when you catch it you will ALWAYS HEAR IT after that.

It's only that one channel, I have no idea what the problem is.

This is typical, and normal. You have to adjust your modulation for your HD tuner. Check your manual on how to do it for your particular HD television. Fox broadcasts at about 10004. hz and your HD tuner might be over compensating on the RF end of the modulation.

I hope my TV doesn't do it. I'm too lazy to change it, and once I notice it I won't unhear it.

is it like a 2-toned beeping sound that sounds like you're aboard a 1970s version of a futuristic spaceship?

To the dude asking for a place to watch the opener in Boston, An Tua Nua for sure... thats where I go for almost every game. They get a huge turnout, low priced food and drinks for philly fans in our own private room in the back.. very cool

Not sure you deserved the response you got from Opus... I don't think any Bruins fans are going to know where the philly-friendly bars are in Boston...

I wonder if you shoved a firecracker up his butt during a broadcast and set it off if the viewers would even notice. He's like ben stein, but not funny.

****, with Hamels gone our defensive line looks really bad and Contreras was huge for the depth in the defensive backfield.

Yeah, but I get the mistake when people are talking about Matt Stairs here.

How the hell did Andy Reid not know about the new challenge rules? Good thing it happened in preseason first, but that should have been a difficult memo to miss.

I believe the Todd Herremans move to RT is official, and the battle for LG begins now. I'm predicting it will be whoever is the 2nd best C in camp (Jamal Jackson, Mike McGlynn, Jason Kelce)

Got my money on McGlynn.

Better pick up VY for when Vick goes down with an injury. I can see the birds going deep in the playoffs, but with VY at the helm, not Vick. I'm not saying Vick shouldn't be the starter, I'm just saying that I think Vick will get hurt and VY will be a more than adequate backup, capable of leading them deep in the playoffs.

It's a complicated offense and VY is new to it. I'm not comfortable with him at the helm yet. Obviously that can change later in the season. Also, a QB change late in the season could also force Reid to run more, which could cause this team to be very successful.

If there were an injury to Vick early in the season, I'd almost be more comfortable with Kafka taking the reigns.
