Personally thought it was really good. Highlighted what every Avs fan knows, but many outsiders don't (that Anderson wasn't amazing and we traded him for no reason for example).

Thanks!
Our knowledge about draft-eligible prospects is limited to reviews, reports and magazines. None of us actually have time to scout or watch prospects, unless the obvious venues: WJC, memorial cup, etc.

BTW was real surprised to see that the Avs roster is almost full for next year. Not too bad of a roster if you ask me, if everyone is healthy...

Pretty good article, it addresses all the main concerns for the Avalanche so far.

You could probably remove Forsberg and Foote from "notable free agents" since they both announced their retirement.

Nice article, but nothing special/new. For us hardcore fans kind of same old story once again, but for people who don't follow so much, very nice article

Colorado ownership are a budget team since the 05 lockout? More like since the 2009 rebuild.

I say move the Avs back to Quebec, but only if there are few more seasons like the one we had this year (terrible attendance and last place finishes)

Well, I guess you're entitled to your opinion ------ no matter how wrong it is.

Funny that you posted that at 4:20
Coincidence?

Offseason outlook needs to have these words in bold:

DRAFT SOME WINGERS.

Seriously our prospects on the wing....

But it was not drawn out like the other ones often are, keep it nice and short.

Get in line pal, the NHL has to move Phx first and the Fla team will be awful until their prospects develop (probably). Who knows about the ownership of a few other teams. We're not in the top 3 of that list though so meh.

What would be really neat is if they played half the games in Quebec City and half n Denver. I'm
An old school Nordique fan and would love it. No way the league would consider it, but imagine how awesome that would be as a fan. I'd imagine ticket sales would be high and having two markets for sponsorship would be nothing but beneficial.

To bad Quebec city is French. I'd actually be able to travel to Quebec to watch the games, and the early start times would be amazing.

Well written, outlined what most Avalanche fans already know, but overall a great season recap. I agree with the bit about the draft, take some of the reviews and paraphrase a bit, give a bit of insight about the team's needs and what draft picks could fill the voids.

Keep them coming!

Thanks for the insight!

I'll make sure we go into detail with the next ones; Panthers tomorrow.
