Thread rules. Hey Hawkeye, I'm going to IC for the weekend to hang with a buddy of mine. What bars should I be hitting, haha? Where's good to watch B's/Bolts tomorrow?

I'm sure all of them will be showing the game as there is nothing else going on that night and Iowa City is pretty hockey friendly, bad news is there probably won't be many people there. 2 of my favorites are the Blue Moose and The Airliner but all of the bars are within a one block radius so you can walk around and pick whichever one you like best. Hope you are 21 or you won't be able to get in after 10.

My buddy and I split one. I was in no state to drink a whole one myself.

Bummer. I've still got another year. School is done in two weeks for me too then I'm looking forward to a long, lazy summer.

How was everyone's Memorial Day? I had a blast out on a family friend's boat in Lake Michigan/Burnham Harbor.

Today would be a hell of a day for boating. I Won almost $300 at Arlington today. Bought myself a nice bottle of Black Label and I'm enjoying the day off.

My boat is in Kenosha now, I spent the day getting her ready for the trip back later this week (hopefully).

I went up to Kenosha for a baseball tournament for my travel yeas ago, which I want to say was about three years ago. My family and a teammate's family went to a place called The Spot. Their burgers are kick ass and probably the best I've every had. The **** after sucks, but it's well worth it while you're biting into this heavenly cheesburger and cherishing every second.

Speaking of Kenosha food, Big Star is phenomenal. It looks like a run down drive-in, and it kinda is... but the burgers are delicious.

I used to go there a bunch when I played the Komets growing up.

I would say the best place in Wisconsin is Lambeau Field, home of the Fudge Packers/Super Bowl XLV Champions depending on which HF Hawks fan you talk to.

Same for you, huh? DePaul?

I'm definitely looking forward to doing nothing all Summer. Too bad the Cubs are so awful.

nice,

give me an hour and something to eat before I drink this

the most beer in short time for me -
2 Friends and I have filled a 5 liter jug (is the this right word for Maßkrug?) and drinked it in 1 hour. after that we filled it again but needed 2 hours to drink it.

or

I drunk 4 liters in 4 hours, not bad if you ask me - but I wasn't too drunk but had no money left

I've tackled a boot before, but it was filled with MGD. Drinking 96oz of that heavy German beer would be a whole nother story.

Trick is to downing it quickly so it doesn't get warm.
