as much as i thrilled that we won, i am so sad its all over. im going to miss sweating out the final minutes, and listening to cochise by audioslave before the games. no more waking up to listen to toucher and rich or hear felger complain about claude and the fourth line. what will you miss most? i will miss the roar of the crowd and the sound of hits along the boards. cannot wait for next september.

Not at all, this is the moment where we can bask in the glory of our team being the best in the league.

No more heart-attack moments for a while!

Since I was on the verge of having some type of nervous breakdown, I'm glad the season is over with the team and fans basking in the glory of a Stanley Cup victory.

I'm not sad AT ALL. I'm ecstatic that they did it, and more than anything I'm relieved that it's over. I couldn't take anymore haha.

I'm not sad it's over one bit. I was a ball of nerves for the past 2 months. The season finished on the highest of highs. Hockey season is over. BBQ season begins. When you're sitting on the deck with a cold one in your hand and your friends/family wish you congrats on the cup just sit back, smile and drink to a season to remember.

I'm fine. This is the first year I feel relieved and not already looking forward to next season. Just need a break and I'm enjoying the cup right now.

Yes and no. I love watching hockey and I can enjoy next season knowing we won the Cup last year so expectations are high but deep down I know a repeat is slim to none.

Love this time of year with the draft and then free agency

That's the thing...

It's not over, and it never will be. This Bruins team will be remembered long after all of us are gone.

I'm definitely glad this season is over since it is satisfying to be able to relax knowing the Cup is ours, however I'm already excited for next season to begin. Usually it takes me about a month after the season to start getting fully jacked about the upcoming season. This year, knowing we will be great again, I cannot wait for things to start again.

Nah, no where near sad that it's over. It's been great just basking in the teams win the past few days, and hopefully we can get a few more days from the individual awards that our boys are up for (and hopefully winning) this week.

As far as being a hockey fan goes, I'm fine with it being over now, given the result.

Exactly. I won't spend a single moment of my summer dwelling on a painful loss, or a "what if" theory. The season has come and gone, and rather than leaving us with bad taste in our mouths, we have the effing cup. I'm sure many of us will think about it every day, and we won't feel any negativity whatsoever. It's a very overwhelming feeling of success, accomplishment...and relief.

sad that there is no more hockey to watch, but the awards show is Wednesday, the draft is Friday, and the rookie development camp is the end of july. Soon it will be training camp and we start all over again.

The Cup is ours until next June....and for me this season isn't over until they raise the banner.

Bask in the glory!

OH man, as much as I LOVE just watching the games, it gave me and my friends an excuse to party every other night. I am TIRED and on the verge of getting sick. I'm tired of being hung over in the middle of the week. I don't think I drank more alcohol in a two month period since my last year of college in 09.

So yeah, I LOVE watching hockey, but I'm relaxing and enjoying this victory to the FULLEST. Full nights of sleep. Being happy all the time. No more nerves. YES YES! Confidence is at an all time high.

Same here. The past couple nights I didn't know what to do with myself. I feel like there should be more games or something.

Guys, don't be glad it's over, don't look forward to next year the day after the parade. Embrace it for the whole summer, like no other, cause you all know how hard it is to get there.

As much as I loved these playoffs, I'm glad it's over. I feel like I have my life back. Not used to having to juggle sports I play, a social life and the playoffs well into June. Mid-May last year was tough enough.

One more game probably would have killed me dead. Going on vacation tomorrow, and couldn't have timed it better. Do I need it!
