Id love to get Commodore but I just dont see any Sutter type players on the Rangers except Ortmeyer and maybe Purinton and Lundmark.

Here is my proposal.

Flames - Jamie Lundmark

Rangers - Mike Commodore and Lynn Loyns.

Yea some people would think its not a great deal, but Lundmark's value is not that high as what some people think. Commodore is a solid 4-5th dman with size and Loyns is a young gritty LW, a younger Ronald Petrovicky. What u think?

Have you given up on Jamie Lundmark already? Sure, Lundmark might have slowed down a bit when he had that knee(?) injury, but he still is young and has plenty of time to develope into the player we need on the team right now. It's not like we're making the playoffs anytime soon so, we might as well keep our young players who still has potential to make it big.

I'd offer the Flames this:

NEW YORK RANGERS:

(D) Tom Poti
(C) Bobby Holik <---- Take half of his salary
2005 3rd rnd. pick

CALGARY FLAMES:

(D) Robin Regehr
(L) Oleg Saprykin

^

Id do it, but I doubt Flames would.

I say we get a LW with size. How about this deal?

Hawks - Tom Poti and Hlavac

Rangers - LW Eric Daze and D Nick Kuiper

Mike Commodore will probably be available on waivers if Sutter doesn't find a taker. He's poorly conditioned (that's been the knock on him -- just ask the Ducks).

He's had his 15 minutes of fame.

what are u smokin man? the flames no way n hell would move regher , he was solid and absolutly great for them during the playoffs. he can put some points on the boards and hits and basicaly is a complete defenseman imo, any team would love to have him. calgary wont move him unless its a very good return, we traded saprikyn i believe in the deal for lundmark. basically lunds was calgarys pick and saprikn was ours, i think. dont know much about calgarys system but what i doknow is they have some excellent prospects. and i think commodore would be an excellent move for nyr , still.
