Didn't Bertuzzi get a contract extension earlier this year? How can someone who's currently under contract with the NHL, get picked in the WHA draft? I thought this draft was for UFA's and RFA's.

Technically he isn't in the NHL until he is re-instated by Gary Bettman...

Mike Glumac is not a free agent -- the Blues recently signed him to a contract.
