Why is Polakdave higher up than GL?

GL has much more votes.

No reason lol. They're all equal, I only put GL Head scout cause he's been scouting for quite some time now I think.

trading seems difficult.

we have to have a poster here that is both
a) wanted badly by another board higher than us in the order.
b) willing to sport their team colours for 2 months.

and this thrashersminion is starting to sound pretty good. Doesnt get much better than being a top-2 choice for the poster. Plus, having more minions couldnt hurt my plans to take over hfboards.

You draft Atlanta fans who used to post on "Atlanta Thrashers" hfboards sub-forum(soon to be Winnipeg fans place) and just happened to lose their team and are unwilling to follow them in Winnipeg. It's just for fun, just to let them know they are welcome to cheer on for another franchise(it takes time of course) and for this amazing sport we all love. If it happens to get a couple of die-hard(insert random team names here) former Atlanta fans that's even better,if not ..well at least it's fun worthy

What does 10 votes get me?

I think I should be named "Assistant to the Regional Manager".

In other news, I was talking to ThrasherMinion again, and I told him:

Quote:
Dear TM,

Can you please stop making intelligent, funny, and rational comments. It's raising your stock. Clearly, if you read the Senators forum, you are a wanted man. So stop.

Sincerely & with love,

Manked
His response:

Quote:
I'll go underground for a few hours, lol. I promise that if Ottawa does get me in the draft, I'll come visit the Jersey forum for sure. There were some great people from over there that hung out with the Thrash last season.

Best of luck!
TM
I want this guy. He reminds me of one of those girls that is way out of your league in high school. I want him. I'll do anything to get him

Comments:

-Longtime reader on HF, don't let his PPD or Post Count fool you

-Brings humour and optimism to GDT Threads

-His life is hockey

-Red Wings have always been his #2 team, he has a special place in his heart for them

-Loves Konstantinov (has jersey, painting of post-crash vlad)

Quote:
I want it to be clear that I'd like to have another main team besides the Wings. You know, to fill the void the Thrashers left. The wings have been my number 2 team for a while, so I'm looking for a number 1.
Interesting. I say put him on the list.

I just realized I FUBAR'ed my response to the Ottawa scout. Thought he was the Devil! You guys are cool. Don't tell anyone I've narrowed to Jersey or Canada's "other, other, other, stepchild team" who just so happens to be Canada's last team in the SCF until this year!

Sorry for the confused answer. You guys are on my radar, Cheers!

From what my sources have told me, KevinOneel is overrated. He is a power seeking, hungry, delusional fan. He does not have the intangibles this board requires.

He will be a top 5 pick, so we can cross him off of our list. (he will bust )
--
From the trading front, I have heard that Florida's 40th pick is on the table. They want an established poster - not a project. CPhoenixM for the last pick of the draft?

40th? It's a bit late... CPhoenixM has more value than that.

(No, I am not joking about the cash.)

Nashville fans are also collecting their vcash for the fight.
Nashville is buying players and picks. If we put our minds together and sell half of our board - we could be rich and get a better draft pick once Phoenix moves.

Chipper is really falling down the charts.

Has anyone contacted BTN? Think he'd be a great pick at our spot. Likely won't last that long tho.

If you don't stop with the CPhoenixM jokes he will most likely demand a trade.

If Fuhr's willing, he could have some value in his trade.

His sheer post count would interest teams with few posters. His intimidating and awesome avatar would likely to add to his value. Come to think of it, he probably wouldn't be willing, as he would have to sacrifice his avatar.

Also, as assistant to the regional manager, I decided to take the liberty to contact BTN about the possibility of drafting him.

Interesting read on KevinONeel, he must be incredibly power hungry

Comments:

-Likes making outrageous statements

-Very sarcastic and elitist

-Ex Southern fratstar (whatever that means)

-Takes over GDT threads, presumably mainly a GDT poster

Quote:
If I was to liken my posting style to an NHL'er I would say half Paul Bissonette Half Mike Richards- Or maybe a Barnaby with more offensive upside
After doing some scouting myself, I've determined that he also likes to post in the trades board. A cause for concern is that he is also a fan of the Colorado Avalanche, according to his profile. After doing some further digging, I found that he is a typical white southerner , which means he judges other races and elasticities.

Quote:
what do y'all think about this proposed Koran burning on 9-11? I think its pretty hilarious
Here are some of his trade proposals:

to ATL: Parise
to NJD: Bergfors, Kulda, Pavalec, 1st?

to ATL: Bobby Ryan, Sbisa
to ANH: Bergfors, Bogosian, Valabik, 2011 1st

you have to remember that my score on the Wunderlich test was only a 20!

And since I don't consider myself a top 10 pick, I have to broaden my wish list, but I'm not selling myself all over the place. I have thanked New Jersey and Ottawa for considering me as a prospect and assured both sides I'd sign a rookie contract if drafted by either. Sorry to mistake Manked for a Devil!
