Well if you're talking about thread discussion, it's probably because of football and basketball. Lobo's for sure watching the Alabama game.

I'm still listening. Sounds like the Stars are dominating 5v5, but failing at special teams. Seems to be the theme of the season so far.

More special teams fail-age. Really ridiculous how bad Texas's PP and PK are. Losing them games left and right.

Not sure why this team is having so much trouble scoring.. breakout issues?

Hard to say, most of are just listening to radio. It was mentioned he made some great poke-checks earlier to break up rushes.

He did pick up an assist on Sceviour's goal.

Fraser +1, Glennie even in a 4-1 loss. Small things to be optimistic about I guess.

This is not the beginning of the season I thought we would see. Not even close.

Not gonna lie, kinda glad I never picked up the AHL streaming. Watching these games would make me mad.

Any news on why Nemeth and Chiasson were scratched?

Chiasson was sick the first time he was scratched correct? So I assume he's still not feeling well.

But why Nemeth? If it was a healthy scratch and Sloan played over him because he's a veteran I don't even know what to say, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Chiasson was said to have had the flu but it must have been pretty nasty if he is still out because of that.

Dunno about Nemeth. It doesnt sound like he has been great so far so i wouldnt doubt that they just want to play others over him.

I just don't want to pay for AHL live anymore. It's an abysmal service.

So... Cedar Park is tied for the fewest points in the conference. Right back where they were last season.

Maybe they just don't stack up against the other teams. Maybe the prospects just aren't good enough.

Then again, a single game hasn't been played yet with all the prospects we thought we had.

Any updates on Dillon? How's he been this year? Meeting expectations?

Have to admit I have. College football has taken over for me, and I get enough losing with the big club as it is now a days. Am sure if the season stays canceled (which I think it will), my interest will pick back up.

Doesn't look like I've missed much honestly, other than about 3 or 4 more blow outs.

I don't remember who made this observation, but mono seems like a real possibility:

They said the flu initially, right? I've certainly never had the flu that long. I guess it could be that it was pretty intense and caused him to drop alot of weight or something. I sure hope its not mono, but it jumped right out at me as soon as he missed more than a little time.
