I noticed for the first time that Godard was a scratch for Texas tonight so I asked the Texas Stars blogger if he was hurt. According to him, he's likely a healthy scratch. He also mentioned that Godard has been a healthy scratch many times this year.
If he can't stay in an AHL lineup, I guess the chances of seeing him in Dallas aren't great.

Don't AHL teams rarely carry a 4th line? Kind of what he would be on, I mean. If so, that doesn't really surprise me.
Labrie is doing fine for CP. He's been in a competition with Jace Coyle for a regular spot in the lineup, one that he appears to have (predictably) won. He's not going back to juniors.

? There are 4th lines.
Must've been old school or something. I had a coach who played in the AHL for a long time, and he said fighting for ice time was that much harder due to the lack of a 4th line. Not that they don't have one, they only get a couple shifts per game (if they're lucky) and typically only to fight or something.
But that was like, in the 70's or 80's, so a lot's probably changed.

Haven't watched/listened to much of the ECHL, but I know the Central HL only has 3 forward lines. Am assuming the ECHL is the same.

Fraser scored 2 goals last night bringing his total to 16. That's 2 off the pace for the AHL lead. As a rookie. That's kind of a big deal. All the kid does is score goals...

What happened to his recent succes being chalked up to him being one of the older kids in juniors
