Not happy we lost that last one. No reason to have that big a melt-down with a 2-1 lead in the third.
I tried.
Offensively, we didn't create any plays. The goals we did score were breakaways and broken plays. It's understandable since Eddy doesn't usually play center. Defensively, we were solid first half, and then just started playing sloppy, out of position and I found myself pinching when I shouldn't have. Even when down 3-2, I should've realized I have to let the offense take care of the goalscoring. I think the 4th goal was due to an untimely pinch on my part.
She's very delicate, so I have to be gentle and tender.
Speaking of controllers, does this happen to anyone else? This is the second controller now where the little plastic edging has broken off and fallen inside the housing, rattling around in there.
I have three PS3 controllers I've used with NHL, and it seems like I go through one a year.

I have that on my old one. Still usable though, so I don't mind.
I remember LL had problems with his controllers breaking. Only, instead of the bottom like the picture above, I remember LL's breaking at the top. It all depends on how ag aggressive you are when playing a game. If you're winding up for a slapper, and you put all your force into it, eventually it's going to give way.

I have like 7-8 broken controllers in my drawer. I got so fed up I just keep playing with a broken one now. I got used to it's problems.
Most important thing for faceoffs IMO is timing and thus, connection speed. And i watched this video ages ago, and I'll suggest that if you're going to try a forehand win, try going straight down with the right stick instead of curling it, gives you a much better advantage. Hitting straight up to shoot the puck is really useful on tough PK's and pissing off manny goalies
Just tried out OTP as a goalie. I let in the GWG with 2.0 seconds left from a dump in shot lolol Didn't think it was coming for me and would miss but hit post and went in, swearing from teammates followed lol
