Well with the Thrashers gone I figure i'd at least try to get to know a little about the Preds. Not sure if I want to make them my new team yet(If I even want a new team) but figured it wouldn't hurt to learn a few things. So who is the Preds top scorer?
I'd agree with this. That's certainly not saying much but Erat probably is the most dangerous player we have which when you really think about it is sad.
Our most dangerous scorer is obviously Shea Weber. He scores, but in the process he might break a few legs or accidentally kill someone.
Our biggest offensive threat right now is either SK or Erat. Hornqvist is dangerous in that he isn't afraid to battle, he will stand right in front of the goalie regardless of who is winding up (yes, even if it's Weber), and he gives some of the cheap, dirty crap (crosschecks mainly) back after the whistle. SK is a passing wizard, and for a while if he shot the puck there was a 25% chance it was going in. Seriously. The kid has a great shot, but he just needs to use it more. Erat is incredibly strong on the puck. The trouble is, he knows it. He knows it and he tries to do too much sometimes. He can set up plays or finish them, though.
After those three you have Legwand, who needs offensive minded linemates, but can be a dangerous guy with the puck. Goc might seem like a nobody, but before his injury he was showing brilliant flashes of offensive prowess. Not a 60-70pt guy, but he'll do in a pinch. Similarly, O'Reilly was showing some great decision making with the puck before breaking his leg.
