Someone could have betted that the Chiefs would lose their first two games by a combined score of 89-10. That person would have made a lot of $$$$$$$$

What's going on there?

Just booked my tickets for the game against Ottawa Senators in October, cant wait to actually catch a live game.

Also what are peoples verdicts on NHL12 so far? Have been enjoying it myself, but then I did go from 10 to 12 so there were quite a few changes.

I like NHL 12. They made enough changes to be worth it, although some of them aren't very obvious.

What gaming console do you all have? Anyone have NHL whatever year for the Wii? How is that?

Unfortunately my PS2 has become obsolete

I don't believe they made a NHL whatever for Wii. Wii's becoming obsolete as well, if it's not already.

2K made an NHL-game for the wii, and theres NHL Slapshot from EA that came with a hockeystick that you connected the wii-mote to. If any of em are any good is beyond me though.

I think NHL2K10 was the first one. I remember it specifically because of this ad

Only a LITTLE bragging here, but it's early, so it's more out of pure curiosity...

The Great Anton, has your opinion of the Lions, and particularly Stafford, changed at all through the first two games? It's fine if it hasn't, as it's been two games, but I think Stafford's more than answered that "most overrated player in the league" criticism...

I've wavered a bit, but that was between those posts and prior to the season. After discovering just how bad KC was, we should have expected a game like that from him. I was impressed by his play vs. Tampa, but that's just one game. Still plenty of football left.

So, the Pac-12 doesn't want to expand now. What gives?

Missouri is likely going to be the 14th member of the SEC, so if the Big XII stays together, do they go after a BYU or a Houston?

The Big East I could see adding the service acadamies and possibly a UCF, ECU or a Southern Miss.

My guesses:
SEC East:
Auburn
Florida
Georgia
Kentucky
South Carolina
Tennessee
Vanderbilt

SEC West:
Alabama
Arkansas
LSU
Mississippi State
Missouri
Ole Miss
Texas A&M

Big 12:
Baylor
BYU
Houston
Kansas
Kansas State
Iowa State
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Texas
Texas Tech

Big East North:
Army
Cincinnati
Connecticut
Louisville
Navy
Rutgers

Big East South:
Air Force
ECU
TCU
UCF
USF
West Virginia

Yeah, the latest scuttlebutt is ECU to the Big East. So what if the conference is dissolving? It's still more respectable than the C-USA.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I was wondering if the lower bowl seats and the corners in particular (sections 108 to 115) are larger than the 200 level and higher. Can't really find any info on the website.

Onwards and upwards. A season or two in the Big East is the gateway to the ACC my pirate (friend?) lol

What made it so obvious is when #57 tried it too. If Deon just did it, we probably wouldn't even be talking about it.

Yeah, I saw that too. I'm not much of a science guy, so what exactly are the ramifications of this?

Seriously, unless science tells me it can prove the world will end in 24 hours, the whole thing just flies right over my head. I'm sure it's got something to do with the whole left brain/right brain development thing.
