Found a Good Hockey Training site

I offer a lot of hockey tips on my site but I'm not really a pro when it comes to working out. I get a lot of questions about working out and always do my best to help. I found a good site to compliment how to hockey so I did a review for them. Basically when you sign up you create a profile (size, weight, playing level), tell them what equipment you have available, and tell them what you want to achieve (faster 3 steps, better top speed, more power in your shot, etc) and you will get a custom workout plan.

Check it out and if you have any questions just ask.

Yeah it's $29 a month, but you can "turn it off" any time. The guys who run it say most people sign up planning on just using it for the summer but then end up being regular customers. It's worth trying for a month to see if it's your thing. I was surprised at how easy it is, but I would say it's more for guys who actively want to improve at hockey and or actively want to get into shape.

If you are a weekend warrior it might not be your thing
