Awards:
Great pressure by the Canucks, but what a save by Thomas.

It's overrated. Or rather, it's a convenient explanation for people who don't have another explanation. No one even gets to the SCF without heart/grit/will-to-win.

Tampa did it three times and Vancouver is nominally better than Tampa.

I'd take Price over Luongo. He knows how to win or at least make it close in Boston, and with a weaker team. The Sedin twins have been no more effective than Pouliot and not as good as Kostitsyn on the road.

Pretty easy to outplay the other team when you score 3 goals on your first 8 shots..
It also doesn't help that the Refs continuously favor the Bruins (no call on Boychuk for the interference, dive on Sedin when he wasn't even close to doing it, penalty to Edler for hitting Peverley that ducked down and layed down, only to get straight back up and start chirping. Didn't they give Downie a penalty for doing that when he was actually hurt?), and the Canucks also miss their chances like puck bouncing off their sticks when they have open nets..

In Vancity it's tight, defensive, Thomas standing on his head. In Boston, well it's just a cakewalk. When they did this sort of stuff to Philly, the goaltending of Boucher was actually worse than Luongo's believe it or not, so it was less of Boston dominating than this is. Some teams match up well and some teams have the heart and spirit. Think of how different things might've been if we got the OT winner in game 7. Meh, I think we'd have gotten by Philly but Tampa would have beaten us.
If Bruins score first in Vancouver, do you believe the Nucks have the ability to come back? I highly doubt it. Seems the only way they can win is 1-0.

Is (Jacques Martin) helping Vigneault out? Too many men on the ice... Sounds familiar boys and girls

Why are the Sedins, Salo, Edler and Ehrhoff all so useless this series?

They all have one thing in common: farting soft fluffy cuddly kittens.

I'm glad we re-signed Gill instead of targetting one of these marshmellow stay-puff defenseman.

We have a great goalie named Carey Price. Vancouver has a guy named Roberto.

Because Tim Thomas is stopping everything.

The Sedins especially are actually thoroughly outchancing the guys in front of them. Hidden under Luongo's meltdown is that Thomas is having a SCF for the ages.

A couple open nets blown, now a break away. Shut out for the Bruins.

At least get a shot off on your breakaway.
