Being second is just the first loser.

After all this time, I would rather no disappointment in blowing two games to close it out, than ever make the playoffs... That would just suck as a fan. I still remember that Kings series and not just the non call

It is better to have never loved then to have loved and lost?

Ahead of both... He actually shows up for the playoffs.

I'd put him either beside the Sedins or between them.

Brad Richards, Schenn signed, and a solid draft and I'm happy with Burke's off season.

Schenn will be signed for sure and then hopefully our first line center will be here centering our best player. I am not that worried about our draft, I trust our scouts quite a bit after the last two years

Ian White or should we go for a young cheap alternative?

Lupul Richards kessel
MacArthur grabovski Kulemin
Kadri bozak Armstrong
Orr ----- brown

Phaneuf Aulie
Schenn white
Gunarsson Komisarek

Reimer
Gus

Still needs toughness in the top 9.

I have a feeling Burkie will sign Schenn for less than $3M per... After some thought and what Gunnassson got i think Luke will be between 2.4-2.8 range. Probably a deal for 2 years maybe 3.

Everyone is going to be overwhelmed and praise Burkie after this signing

Book That!

I believe you're forgetting Belfour. The guy was nominated for the Vezina both years he was here (I am willing to erase his 3rd year here completely off my memory). Belfour>>>Cujo. Also, goalies don't just become top tier goalies on their first game or season. I'd rather let Reimer prove himself.

Because they want a center who will stand toe-to-toe with someone like Iginla and throw them rather than someone like Sedin who won't protect himself from 5'9" Marchard?

Maybe they'll let him play on the 3rd. line and he could learn something from them?

He could probably get coach to hold his ring.

With some rumblings that Minnesota is contemplating buying out Cam Barker, is there any interest?

If he could be had in a soft deal i think he could fill some holes and play decently with Schenn.

He makes 3.25 per?

His buy-out is cheap though.

1/3
