Skrtel is hurt and will probably miss the opener vs Sunderland. Hopefully Agger stays fit or Andre Wisdom might start!

is it weird that I just saw a gerrard liverpool jersey at the red sox game on tv? That really pumps me up for this season for some reason. Only 9 more days...

Ah, apparently this isn't so!

Reporting to training on Monday and wants to play against Sunderland.

Would be surprised if in fact he did not at least play that game, then start against Arsenal.

Suarez has been known for playing as soon as he comes back to Ajax.

Guy just wants to play.

Sportsnet, I checked the schedule for next week and their airing a game at 9:30am saturday(i'm assuming it's liverpool-sunderland) and one at 12pm on sportsnet one(both of the games are tba). I don't think arsenal is going to be on tv because no one usually airs live games at 1:30pm. Your probably gonna have to stream on the computer the first week.

That's gonna be a long-trip, especially midweek, but I've never been to Brighton so I may go to that.

They play good football under Poyet along with having a nice, new stadium. Would be a fun trip.

And the award for most blatant dive of the season goes to.. Gervinho! I doubt anyone can outdo that swan dive in the next 37 games. 9.9/10 for sure, plus the bonus red card for diving is a perfect 10.

Also, Norwich look like garbage. I've followed them since 04 and waited for them to get back in the Prem and they looked pretty bad. 16th or 17th would be great from what I've seen.

Suarez will out do that dive at least once. Gervinho will also out do that dive at least once.

Norwich should have had the three points there, De Laet was pretty bad and it cost them.

I have a feeling it's going to be a rough year to be an Arsenal fan again.

I was surprised to wake up this morning to see Suarez had scored. Everything that was reported after the CA stated he wasn't going to play, so obviously there was a change in heart by KD, or Suarez convinced him he was ready to play.

Sucks that we lost to Leyton Orient after dominating them all game only for them to win in the penalty shoot-out. A tie against one of Watford or Bristol Rovers would've been epic and vital to the clubs coffers, which are reportedly leaking around £80k a month.

Cesc is FINALLY going to ****ing Barcelona.

No excuses now, Wenger. You now have 30m pounds to use towards buying Cahill, Jadson. Hell, I'd even take Barton at this point.
