10/15/2006 Bryans IF Sends Pavlicek Down
Brynas IF has optioned Zeleny Pavlicek to the teamís U20 club. It was evident the skilled 15 year-old was too physically immature to be playing with mean. The club noted they still have the utmost confidence that Pavlicek will be a great player for the club in years to come.

11/5/2006 Ivan Tobochnik Inks 5 Year Extension
Ivan Tobochnik has signed a 5 year extension worth $71,500 with SKA Jr. parent club SKA St. Petersburg. Through his translator Tobochnik said it has been a lifelong dream to play for his hometown club and hopes with continued growth he will be able to move up to the parent club shortly.

Pfft to hell with developing your players in the traditional way! In Sweden i'm sure 15 year old is old enough to drink, he should be playing in a league with 30 year olds. This is an outrage. He should demand a transfer!11!

Is that per year or total? Because if it's $14 300/year while playing in Russia... those cheap b*stards!

Three more international tournaments:
11/9/2006 Finland Four Nations U20 Tournament Won by Finland
Team Finland has won the Finnish Four Nations U20 tournament vanquishing Russia, Sweden, and the Czech Republicís U20 teams. Zeleny Pavlicek once again was present for The Czech Republic as he and Daniel Krejci formed the Czechís top defensive pairing. In 3 games Pavlicek posted 2 assists had an even +/- while leading the team in ice time playing over 28 minutes per game. He rated out at 8.0 on average for the tournament. Another solid showing for the 15 year old.

11/12/2006 Denmark Wins Group E of Euro Hockey Challenge
Team Denmark has won Group E of the European Hockey Challenge by defeating France and Latvia despite falling to Italy. Hephaestus Axelsen once again played an influential role for Team Italy playing on the top line and scoring a goal for the team. In the second group of the tournament Axelsen was named the first star when Italy defeated eventual Group winner Denmark 3-2. Axelsen only recorded the one point in the tournament while being a -1. He continued to maintain the confidence of Coach Stefano Soccol however as he lead all forwards in ice time once again and had a 7.0 rating for the Italians. Axelsen will return to MODO of the SEL.

12/21/2006 Sweden U20 Wins Russian Four Nations Tournament
Team Sweden has successfully invaded Russia and stolen the Tournament from the Russians, Czechs, and Finns. Zeleny Pavlicek was once again present for the Czech U20 team. He is becoming noticeably consistent as he again put up three assists in 3 games while being a +2 serving 2 minutes in the box with an average rating of 8.67. He continues to look like a solid blue chip prospect and should compete for a top spot on many teams draft boards.

In other news, for excluding him Cellino Barnes has sued USA Hockey.

A tip, CupWanted:

Try to bold players names in your write-ups. It's easier to read and easy to skim if time is an issue.

also next time we do something like this we should work on the strong/weak thing. We should make it like in games when you have a certain amount of points to spend on your attributes.

(yes I'm bored)
