I think buying a STH holder ring is cheesy but I kind of want one.

I wish they would just have charged me $300 more and gave me one and then I wouldnt feel so goofy for buying a ring

I could imagine the wrath of hatred that would be posted on this board had they actually charged us $300 for a ring and "built it into" the price of the tickets.

Just keep it tucked into your shirt.

Question:

Would you rather feel goofy now for buying one or feel goofy 30 years from now knowing you had the oppurtunity and didn't.

Its a keepsake. Its fun. Its something you and only a handful of other people will have.

You only live once.

Morris, I'm doing the same thing. Lanyard tomorrow, paper for the rest. Watch your bank account tho. i forwarded my State of the Bruins tickets and got hit with an extra charge for some reason. Got reimbursed so all is good.

I feel like I did during the winter classic. That lanyard will be with me at all times. If I have to wear it to the office I will lol. Train makes me nervous.

It had all the tickets in it. Assumed they just ripped out the pages and kept the tickets together because they were in groups of 4. I should have taken a picture of it with my phone.

I just put the ticket in the lanyard and the top is kinda flimsy. It could get bent/creased. So now I'm thinking of going the paper ticket route instead. I'd hate to wear it and then have it get creased.

Just following up on this as I'm sure more STH are looking here now...

Looking for 2 tickets to the Dec 3rd game against the leafs. Looking for (hopefully) face value. Willing to spend up to $150 a ticket if they are the right tickets...

That being said, I see 3 tickets on Stubhub in row 2, Loge End 15 - can only buy 1 or 3, so if anyone wants to pick up that extra 1 with me I'm more then happy to grab those other two. They are listed for $159 each (plus fees, etc)

Anyway, I'm not looking to get hosed, and more then willing to discuss mutual hatred of the habs :-D

I have always thought the "hey look what I did" type rings were cheesy (high school, college, etc.) The only ones I can tolerate are Mason rings.

I bought one of those frames. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to pick it up in a few weeks. It's gonna look great on my wall

Any other STH's lanyard flimsy as can be? I took an old lanyard connection so that it wont fall off. That little clip isn't enough

Parade

White Glove Stick Salute

Thursday, October 6 | 5:45 PM | Causeway Street

To recognize the amazing support from all of New England, and to pay homage to the men and women who serve our community the Bruins will be holding a 'White Glove Stick Salute' prior to the game.

Police, fire, and military personnel from all of New England, members of the Hockey Hall of Fame and a youth hockey team will lead the Cup down Canal and Causeway Street. It will be escorted through the military formation and ‘White Glove Stick Salute’ all the way into the building, where it will be welcomed for Opening Night.
Time:
5:45 - 6:00 PM: Parade down Canal & Causeway Street
6:00 PM: 'White Glove Stick Salute' will start at the Bobby Orr statue off Causeway Street into the TD Garden

This is still in the early stages, but myself and couple friends are strongly thinking about making the trip from BC to Boston to watch the Jan 7th game against the 'Nucks.

We'd need 3 tickets, not really too concerned about the location.

Boss gave us a couple tix to tonight's game that are on Level 5, in the "Broadcast Studio Suite". Is that the section with the bar/restaurant next to where Dale Arnold and Barry etc will be doing their intermissions? Anyone ever sat there before that could shed some info?

I was pissed at how many open seats there were, especially in the third. It looked like almost half the crowd was gone.

There is actually a single Loge ticket in Sec 7 for $71 on StubHub (one of my favorite places to sit).
