Clowe is a good example, my reasoning for Lucic is Biggs' hitting ability, add to that his fisticuffs acumen. He has fear factor to his game. He can really be a player where the intangibles are add ons to the stats he compiles.
Exactly he's going to be a good one for sure. The type of player who might not end up on the scoresheet every night, but the type of player you win playoff series' with.
For the Leafs, I like Biggs out of the 3 for the skill-set he brings, and the fact that he brings a lot of what this team needs. He's a vocal kid who plays with a ton of passion, and can change games with his physical play, and his work along the boards. I think he's a guy that will make an impact, whether or not his offense turns into one of his strengths.
Man, if he had more offense, he plays the game a lot like the old #17. We could use a guy like Wendel these days.
I really think this is one talented kid; I'm thinking David Backes talented.
Can't wait to see him suit up one day.
I see this too. Backes hit 30 goals once, he's more of a 50-60 point player, which is a great 2nd liner. He'll be a tough son of a ***** that can pot 20-30 goals here and there. I think that's Biggs top potential, whether he'll hit it is something we'll see in the future.
Please don't say that unless you mean it ... We need someone to play like that so badly
Think Wendel Ultra-Lite. Biggs is a leader, great character kid. Big, feisty, hits like a wreckingball and was labelled the best fighter in the draft. He's got hands and a pretty good shot. But he won't be as good as Clark.
