Not surprised due to the renovations, but it's always exciting to see who we open up against. So I'm thinking Europe trip, Edmonton Calgary, Vancouver, maybe Winnipeg?
Was hoping for a weekend game so I could come down from school and catch the home opener to check out the Garden. Hopefully I have kind teachers this semester with kind schedules and I can miss some classes, because this is something I'd like to be there for.
Can't wait. Yet another home opener that I'll be attending. Couldn't get to the Washington, Chicago or Ottawa ones for various reasons, but this will be the third in the last 6 years for me personally.
That is an extremely long time until the first home game. That's almost a month into the season so we are going to be starting the season (since both Europe games count as away games) on a 6-7 game road trip.

Brutal start to the year.
More like 8-10. I'm guessing we'll have a 3-4 game home stand after the Leafs come to down. And possibly a game in both MSG LI and MSG NJ. But that's just speculation on my part.
I too would love to see the schedule already. Going on a few road trips this year.
The beginning of this season is key. With around 8-10 road games to kick off the season, the Rangers will have to win at least 4 of 8, 5 or 6 of 9, or 7 of 10

It'll make for an easier schedule the rest of the way. And we usually get out to a hot start, too.
Are our home games in Europe going to be on a weekend or a holiday? How will people who work/go to school be able to watch a game that starts at like 4AM on a weekday?

They would be at like noon, not 4am. 4 am would be like China
