In an expected blowout, Tim Erixon easily took the #3 spot. With nearly 70 votes, he got over 90% of the vote. Jesper Fasth similarly easily won the next spot in the poll. Due to the blow out by both Erixon and Fasth, we are moving to the next round earlier than the usual 24 hours.
Don't forget to write-in who should be added in the next round. Also would be good to include a discussion/argument on why you voted for a particular prospect.

"Defensively and offensively, he can go through games error-free at times. In our day and age with the speed over there (Sweden)" it's amazing when you can go through so many reports and see that there are not a whole of mistakes by a young defenseman." - Gordie Clark
I think this may be almost as much of a blowout as the previous round. To me, it's very clear that Christian Thomas is the man to take round 4, and he may well turn out to be the biggest star of any of our prospects (though he is the highest risk among our top youngsters).
Add Lindberg. He's a good prospect, the opposite of Thomas though. Low-risk, but not a huge return. But I think he could be on our team what MacTavish was in his brief stint as a Ranger: faceoff specialist who is excellent defensively.
Thomas can very well end up being the best player out of the guys ahead of him, and if Lindberg can bring his faceoff prowess over here that'd be fantastic.
Going with CT for this one. I don't think he has more potential than Kreider, but he could be damn near as good as him in the end.
Add Bourque. I get people wanting Linberg there since he is safer, and Valentenko isn't as high on my board as some other. Bourque put up a PPG in the Q this season, and was a big reason why his team was good. Strong performances in the WJC also get him added right now. He might be better than Fasth as well, even though he was put on the list before him.
This looks to be as much of a blow out as the previous round, but we can't call it as quickly because the add on vote isn't as close. There's Lindberg, there's Bourque, there's Vally, there's Kundratek. We need to have a blowout for both prospect rankings and the add-on spot.
I wasn't disappointed with MZA, i just think comparing their playing styles CT's goalscoring game (even though it's in juniors, he plays like someone who scores goals) is more important than MZA's playmaking style.
I guess lots of posters were disappointed with MZA last year. I didn't expect as much as others so i'm now excited about him.
I don't think that is really the case. I know Zuccarello will be the next player I vote for, but why Thomas is higher is because he is younger, put up massive numbers in the OHL this season and in their playoffs, and is kind of the flavor of the year draftee from the team. But what I think people are basing this off of is that they believe Thomas could be a 1st line player at some point, while I don't know if Zuccarello will be more than a 2nd liner.
I am not really disappointed. I will vote for Zuccarello in the next round. I think he'll win it. Being a #5 prospect on a team with one of the best prospect lists is not bad at all.
