Really excited to see how this draft class turns out, and that all begins with this upcoming season. There's a lot of intrigue regarding last year's class as well. How much further will Pysyk develop at this level? Can Shipley start to fulfill his CHL promise? Very interesting to see what Sundher does, especially since Catenacci seems like he's already slotted ahead.
I have a feeling I'll be posting in this thread a lot.
It'll be nice to be able to watch our prospects in Rochester on TV (since I get Rochester programming rather than Buffalo) instead of highlights and low-quality streams.
When do we get a 2012 Entry Draft thread?

SM-Liga streams will be heavily bookmarked.
They should all be here (it's pay per view).
I believe you'll most likely need some sort of proxy or VPN to watch those streams.
Usually, there are almost no free SM-liiga streams out there.
Highlights of all SM-liiga games will be here if you don't feel like paying to watch games.
They are high quality and consistently posted, unlike CHL highlights.
If someone doesn't create a highlight video like they did last year, I'll most likely create one.
Also, the SM-liiga schedule is here.
Whenever the Ässät page is updated, they will also have the schedule here (which includes exhibition games).

Yeah, they're not far off but I would give Catenacci the clear nod. It'll be cool to check out lap times if they are doing the skills testing when I'm there this coming week.
I hope Black really pushes for an increased and higher quality web presence for the Sabres and Amerks. There's really no telling how far those things can go with widening or solidifying the fan base.
Any idea how Brennan is doing? I always liked him as an early 2nd rounder and figured he would turn out well as an offensive dman. Where do Sabre fans see him in the upcoming 1-2 seasons
Yeah, his drafted position was RW but he played in the middle for Sioux Falls. I'm interested to see where he plays at UM next year.
Same here. I've emailed any number of people over there over the years. Glad someone finally got around to making some edits.
My email:
How come this hasn’t been updated in years?
I don’t see anyone drafted from 2009 till now listed…
And some drafted in 2008 aren’t listed on the regular Sabres roster or here…
Where’s signed guys like Kassian, Pysyk, Foligno, McNabb, Adam?
Or unsigned draftees?"
His response:
"The NHL governs these particular pages on our website and coordinates the results with central registry.
Only players within the farm system who are under contract can appear as part of the prospects page. Kassian, Foligno may be signed however they did play enough games in Portland last year to be considered a prospect within the system. Once the season ends, the page is somewhat locked down so other editing can’t take place.

My further email repsonse:
"Your answer is INCORRECT..
You’ve got RUSSIANS that were drafted that were NEVER signed, but are still property…
Many other team’s website has at least 2x the amount of prospects you have listed…It must be a coding error…
The ability for us to make roster additions with only (mostly) money going the other way, has directly impacted the quality and depth of our prospects.
Hearing about all of the great play of our prospects at the development camp made me appreciate not just the improvements at the NHL level, but the added depth throughout the organization. We improved 3 positions and improved our 4th rnd pick to a 2nd, for only Butler (who didn't fit anymore) and a C that would have been currently 6th on our depth chart.
If not for our new found ability to spend, we couldn't have made these profound additions without sending guys like McNabb, Pysyk, Kassian, Adam, etc... out the door. As the years go by, we can exploit this advantage further and further. I can't wait to see what they do next.

I am pretty darn certain that there will be no free streams of games and even more unlikely is that Ässät would be the other team. So yeah, people really interested to see Armia in action can take a gamble on the UrhoTV service which has had its problems in the past seasons.
