Help w/ updating my Madden (a site with NFL Transactions?)

I update my Madden the cheap way. I just manually trade the players to their new teams.

So I need a site that lists all the NFL trades, releases, signings, etc of this off season. Anyone know any? I found a perfect one a while ago, but my bro deleted the rosters I saved after I did it, and now I can't find it.

There's a site out there, it looks really cheap, but I was able to download an updated roster up to 2 weeks ago. Very well done.
