Anybody have the Suter and Fletcher interviews on PA this morning? The podcasts cut out right before they get to them. They only have Gorg/Mauer. What's the deal?

Should the thread be renamed "Wild-Related Radio/TV/Etc. Appearances" now? Publicity, baby!

EJ Hradek started to call us the land of 1,000 lakes, but them stopped himself...

... and went straight to 1,000,000 lakes...

Tom Gilbert will be on with Tom Pelissero in a bit for those of you who wanted his reaction.

EDIT: Minnesota Wild‏@mnwild

How much influence did Tom Gilbert have on buddies Ryan Suter and Zach Parise? Find out when Gilbert joins @1500ESPN at 7:00 PM.

Talking about the next 13yrs of their life... the future outlook of the franchise is rather important! Detroit has stagnated for far too long and have little high end skill coming in... they do not look an appealing destination right now.

With Detroit not filling Lindstrom's shoes, so to speak, they look very, very weak. At least in my opinion.

I think I should clarify what I meant as well, I meant weak compared to Detroit standards.

I predict they finish 9th in the west... that's weak by Detroit standards.

Who else got chills when Suter said, "Minnesota is where we wanted to be"?
