Bad, bad luck of the OT winner going in off said stick. Not as unlucky as the Downie goal being redirected by Hannan and flipping slowly over Neuvirth's shoulder.

Gah, I need to change back my hours. I fell asleep at 11pm last night, two hours before the Caps game even started.

Roloson is an example of just how much of a difference a goaltender can make. Which sucks, because he should be on our team.

Wow. Randy Jones this year makes the play to win the game, essentially. Caps went on a bad change.

WSH reverted to their "what's defense?" mode. There was some pure laziness on a few plays before that goal was finally scored.

Randy Jones had a nice play on the game winner.

Starting to really get frustrated watching actual goaltending in each and every other series.

Lecavalier is looking very good these playoffs. I'd love to see this rejuvenate his career.

jones made a pretty good luck on that play, but that was one of the slowest, laziest line changes i've ever seen in the playoffs. i thought some of chicago's last year were pretty brutal but they weren't nearly as bad as that.

Yeah. Washington just looked complacent at best when it came to any activity not related to getting shots on net in that OT.

I couldnt believe it as I watched that play on unfold, the whole side of the ice was completely clear. Jones or Purcell really didnt have to do much to get it to Vinny. Wouldnt shock me at all if the puck was in the net by the time Washington got the full line change.

on the road no less where he doesnt have last change. Washington could get whatever matchups they wanted against those 2 and they still lost both games at home. Of course it helps that they actually have a goaltender.
Wonder how Boucher or Leighton would of faired with those 2 on the ice.

after watching the rest of the game I think that was one time mishap... they had been caught during line change apparently, because TB played with 7D and they never where on the ice together after that
