Something to puck handle on?

I wanna buy (or make) something that I could puck handle on in my room. As long as it doesnt cost a lot. Any suggestions??

You can buy synthetic ice pads ( http://www.thehockeyshop.com/us/practice-ice-pad.html ) or you can make your own. I made mine with a piece of acrylic lighting cover from Home Depot. Just spray it with any sort of spray on lubricant and it works pretty well. If you do this just be careful not to get too fragile a piece, because some will start to chip quite easily.

You might want to inquire at local sign shops. I picked up 3 pieces of 1/8" thick 4' x 8' acrylic for free when they were throwing out some old signs. Pucks handle great with a bit of silicone spray and can shoot off of it well as long as it is on a solid surface.

Plexiglass works well. You can find it at a local hardware store.
