You should be able to get some tickets for that amount but in the Blues or Grays, nothing better unless you're lucky enough to get them when they go on sale. This game will probably be an optimum game and be more expensive

What are the worst seats/sections at the Bell Centre for a game?

Getting A Seat

Hey guys, Avs fan here, My brother(Die hard habs fan) and I have been planning to go to Montreal to catch a game some time since they are also my second favourite team. I would love to go when the avs are in town which is the case on saturday october 15. We are coming from Newfoundland and flights look pretty cheap at that time. My question is, how difficult is it to get a ticket to a game, and how much would it cost? I know you guys are the biggest fans in the world therefore i'm assuming tickets might not be so easy to get.

If you cant find tickets on craiglist or kijiji, just take a walk around the bell centre 1 hour before the beginning of the game. Just have cash with you.

If you're planning on buying tickets when you arrive for the weekend, plan to spend around 100-150 a ticket from a scalper, because tickets to every game get sold out pretty quickly after they are released.

Your best bet is to find out when box offices have their opening day and exercise your index finger to continuously tap the F5 button. Taking your chances at buying a pair online is your best shot. Otherwise, prepare to pull out the bigger wallet.

My experience with scalper prices (depending on who is in town and where your seats are located)

Clubs (250-400 each)
Reds (200-600 each)
White (150-250 each)
Greys and blues (50-150 each)

Don't count out buying them direct from the Habs. Find out when tickets go on sale and get in the waiting room. Its a random draw so don't worry about a constant refresh. Just wait and hope it comes up. The Avs aren't the Leafs or Bruins so if you get picked within an hour its likely something will be available.

I use to wait 4-5 minutes after the game started, they drop fast and they wanna get rid of them even at cost if they are stuck with them depending on who is in town like you said

I'm going to put in for group tickets on Feb 19th against NJ and the 21st against Dallas. Minimum purchase is 20 tickets. Not sure how many I'll need, but if I get them, is anyone here interested in buying in?

When do tickets go on sale?

Anyone know when do individual game tickets and 5-10 game plan tickets go on sale? I know the site says sometime in August, but anyone know an exact or approximate date? Also, do I need to sign up/register to a website or anything? How does the process work?

thanks for your help

Planning a trip up to see two games in late october on the 22nd to see the leafs and panthers saturday and monday. Looking at some tickets on stubhub and were not to fussy on seats and being high up as long as we can see the game.

401 row A $150
414 row D $154
331 row BB $170
435 row A $180

We figured to pay $200 for the leafs games and thought these were half cheap just wanted to make sure we can see the game and the seats arn't obstructed or anything? If anyone could give an opinion it would be much appreciated.

I'd take the 331, you have the 2nd row of the balcony and you also have them shooting twice on your side. 401 is dead center but your also looking at about 10 rows higher. It's up to you guys

If anyone is selling a pair of tickets, now or later on, I'd be interested. I'm looking for lower whites and lower, preferably Desjardin. The pair I want mostly is the Caps games.

I'm want to buy two games....maybe 3.
I'm also interested in these games:

SAT, 22 OCT 2011 MAPLE LEAFS
WED, 26 OCT 2011 FLYERS
SAT, 29 OCT 2011 BRUINS
TUE, 8 NOV 2011 OILERS
MON, 21 NOV 2011 BRUINS
TUE, 6 DEC 2011 BLUE JACKETS
THU, 15 DEC 2011 FLYERS
WED, 4 JAN 2012 JETS
SAT, 7 JAN 2012 LIGHTNING
WED, 18 JAN 2012 CAPITALS
WED, 25 JAN 2012 RED WINGS
SAT, 4 FEB 2012 CAPITALS
UN, 5 FEB 2012 JETS
WED, 15 FEB 2012 BRUINS
SAT, 3 MAR 2012 MAPLE LEAFS
