More and more rumours about Bourque being sent back to Quebec for the remainder of the season.

Bourque needs to retire.

The lack of a top6 skilled forward has everyone bumped up a line and Zuccarello could fix that.

Fedotenko belongs on the Rangers 3rd line and I'd much Rather have Zuccarello's offensive abilities playing with Callahan and Richards then Fedotenko. Prust belongs on the 4th line, not the 3rd.

Has Bourque really been that bad? I've always been low on him, but the Traverse City/Training Camp he had blew me away...

I really don't like Zucc on a line with Richards and Callahan. There's really not enough size there. Besides the first two lines are working generally. It might be worth it to try him with Boyle and Hagelin. That could really help the scoring depth if it worked.

With Erixon back, any chance we'll see him called up to replace Stralman?

and what happened to Bourque? He was doing well last I saw him place.

IŽd much rather see Zuke-Mithcell-Hagelin.

This line was on fire in CT and could be a solid scoring third line with 12-15 minutes a game.

Zuccarello now leads the Whale together with JAM, both with 22 points. But Zuke has 6 games less played.. and has 1,22 p/game. Tied with JAM and Newbury on scoring (8 goals). The AHL doesnŽt have stats for P/game, but my guess 1,22 is close to around top 5.

- Points in his last 6 games (10 points)
- 2 points in each of the last 4 games
- 3 goals in his last 2 games

Just hoping his injury isnŽt serious....

I'm really not sure that line would work in the NHL with Mitchell centering it. Zucc-Boyle-Hagelin is a lot more solid defensively and still poses an interesting offensive threat.

Zooks had a small lull when he got sick but ever since he seems to be piling on some points.

8 goals and 14 assists in only 18 games is pretty good. My guess is if he didnt get sick (never mind get a concussion) his goals and points might be even higher.

For comparison sake Hagelin and Mitchell had 13 points and 14 points in 17 games respectively.

That is very disappointing to hear. The kid works hard, is a good teammate and he puts points on the board. I wish he had played the whole season on the Rangers instead of in the AHL.

A huge blow for Zuccarello, who really is on fire. The incident didnŽt look that serious at all.... CouldnŽt see any twists or turns on his ancle or knee.

This really sucks...

Ugh that is a very tough injury. Crosby came back from it but it took a little while before he really looked 100% over it.

It would royally suck if its that injury again

Crossing fingers for it not to be quite as bad this time.. i mean, its just unfair, hehe.. gets in a good groove, and then get sidelined for a couple of months...

If you bring Zucchini up and want him to help the team you do not put him on a line with that offensive retard Brian Boyle; makes no sense

Boyle's not smart, but he crashes the net and can do the dirty work on that line. Hagelin and Zucc can provide the offensive creativity. Putting them with Mitchell just isn't going to happen in the AHL, and if it did it would get abused defensively. You can't leave the entire defensive responsibility of that line to just one guy (Hagelin).

Nick Perri confirmes that Zuccarello is out with injury, at least this match. To bad, he was on a roll.

He is out for 3-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain. Search for tweets by modo players.
