So... how about that Drew Doughty? I stand by my 10 year/100 million offer sheet plan. C'mon new owner!

Guy who threw the banana at Simmonds is arrested..."engaging in a prohibited activity under the provincial trespassing act" is what he got arrested for apparently.

Here's a pretty funny video from Down Goes Brown. It's a parody of the Shanahan suspension videos with Colin Campbell explaining the Cooke hit on Savard.

^^ hahaha, that was gold!
Got a question, I am looking a Stars home jersey (authentic with fight strap and everything) from their 1993-1998 season's. I would also like Modano's name on the back, anybody know if there is a site to get one of those??

He had talent he just never got the chance in Dallas. I didn't buy that he just wasn't good enough, he never got the chance and it was clear he wasn't comfortable in the AHL.

I agree. I'm not saying it was him against the world but certain factors definitely weren't tilted in his favor during his time here. The irony in this whole situation is that we signed Brunnstrom and the Wings signed Leino that same summer. They moved Leino, we moved Brunnstrom. I could see him doing well in Detroit as their system and supporting cast is perfect for him. If he doesn't make it there then he was probably never going to.

Rangers are playing vs Frolunda atm on MSG. Nice storyline as Joel Lundvquist is the current Captain of Frolunda, playing of course against his twin brother Henrik.

Looks like Cowen will be starting the season with Ottawa and likely stay the entirety of it. Good chance to find out what we passed on for Glennie.

Ahahaha
There's a small measure of revenge for Richards/Avery
They have to keep him on the NHL roster too for a while now don't they

Phoenix loses MacLean for nothing to the Jets.
That organization is truly not long for this world.

I'm sure your kidding but probably not. He's still in NA while the Rangers are in Europe.
