He is an interesting prospect to me due to his size, skill and work ethic but he has been plagued with being labeled a good player with size and a bit of skill who just never seemed to be able to put it all together. Its obvious he can due to the amount of success he has had at every level he has played but it seems that the closer to the NHL he gets the less confidence he has.
If it were simply an issue of physical development of skills then I think he would be in the NHL today but it is clearly imo that he is either going to take more time then expected to make the jump due to a lack of self confidence or he will simply wash out.
Either way it is up to him because there are times when he looks like he could do allot of damage at the NHL level and then there are times when he looks like he did during his first 6 games.
I would like to see him get a chance due to his size and grit but not in front of BudH who I see as being out best option for a bottom 6 add this year but the two play different games.

Thanks TG. It's tough with these kids. Lewis looked like a fish out of water in the NHL two years ago. Now he looks like he belongs.
I like Kings' size and skill set and could see him as a player that camps in front on the 2nd PP unit if he finds his game.
Holloway deserves at least a cup of coffee this coming season.
