Easily one of the top two worst jerseys in the league.

That thing and the Ducks third jersey are like optical illusions.

I blame it on the stupid Edge jerseys. People just don't know how to make a pleasing looking design because of them.

From the stupid vertical designs to the hideous and tacky piping. To the awful flaps at the bottom. And the stupid NHL triangle on the collars.

Just an overall disaster of a design those stupid Edge jerseys.

Easton's Bio-Dri jersey should be what the NHL uses. They're super lightweight. Limited seams. Soft. Smooth. Breathable. Dry fast. Comfortable. And are shaped like a normal hockey jersey.

Easton Bio-Dri jersey:

Most comfy jersey I've ever used on the ice. And are comfy to wear around the house, too.

Hate Edge jerseys.

Bad news. Source says Sidney Crosby pushing himself hard, but is not symptom free.

Karma. Pittsburgh allowed Cooke to run around cheap shooting players in the head.

Pittsburgh Penguins superstar Sidney Crosby's concussion symptoms have returned, and he may not be ready for the start of the NHL season, sources have told CTV Atlantic.

The Cole Harbour, N.S., native has not played a game since January 5, 2011, after he suffered his second hit to the head in less than a week.

Sources say Crosby's concussion symptoms returned last week and he cancelled all of his scheduled on-ice workouts at a Halifax-area rink.

I know it's early, but a "mild" concussion has turned into an 8-9 month problem.

it's more of "Karma. The NHL let Cooke and others run around knocking players heads off." The Pens did what any team would do. I don't think their coaches sent Cooke out there to headhunt. But the NHL let it go on for far too long with minimal punishment. That's why we're where we are now. Shame for Crosby if it impacts his career long-term.

Local Rock Band sues NJ Devils over song infringement.

http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/b...JvU30FoeTfD8IM

What ****** thing to do to a local band. Why not just give the band and all their friends season tickets, the rock is half empty every night anyways.

Circumventing the Bands rights

If you read the article, the band is seeking $30m in damages. That would be a hell of a lot of comp. tickets.

Although, it would guarantee sellouts for the foreseeable future!

It implies the band asked for compensation but was denied by the team. How does a team use a bands song all season and not make good by the band? Jesus pull some strings and let them open for Bon Jovi or something.

We have to get families back in the game, get back where Saturday night, everything stops. A case of beer comes out and a bottle of rye and anyone who comes to the house, they better want to watch hockey.

I was around 8 when this game came out and hadn't started English at school yet. Still we played through the whole game with my friend, even if we didn't understand a thing anyone was saying Oh the patience you used to have for games as a kid.

Since then I've played it through several times, one of my all time favourites

I think the Penguins may have mishandled Crosby's concussion from the get go. The team doctor didn't check out Crosby immediately after the Steckel collision because, irony of ironies, he was tending to Cooke, and Crosby resumes playing in the third period of the Winter Classic. Then the team allows Crosby to play 4 days later against the Lightning, Hedman hits Crosby into the boards at the end of the second period, and yet again, Crosby returns to play in the third period. Bylsma insists that Crosby suffered only a "mild" concussion, and that it is unrelated to the Steckel hit earlier in the week.

Crosby and some Pens fans are content to blame Steckel and Hedman for Crosby's concussion, but where's the anger towards the Pens' organization for failing to take the concussion seriously? Why in the world would the Pens let Crosby play only 4 days after the Steckel collision? Whether it be downplaying Crosby's concussion or continuing to employ Cooke despite his repeated instances of headhunting, the Pens have shown a disregard towards the severity of concussions.

OverTheCap, you should be the speaker at the NHL meetings to be the voice of reason.

Concussions are not to be taken easily, PCS is very dangerous.

How can Petr Prucha be alive after the hits below if those type of hits ends Cindy's career?

And we all know that there are atleast 10 more hits like that.

Pittsburgh is a joke. Mario criticized the NHL for their handling of the brawl with the Islanders. The same Mario who didn't say a word when Cooke was head hunting.

Clearly, Prucha > Crosby.
