OT: Need help guys! : The Messier Guarantee

Hey there!

For my new appartment which I gonna move to with my girlfriend mid October, I need some help with that:

Can somebody tell me which newspaper that was?

Does anybody have this page in original and could scan it for me and send me the file? Would send him some cash for that!

Does anyone know if I can get this from the archive of the newspaper (I ask because there are some sites in the net which send you newspapers with the date you want for some $), but I need the name of the newspaper which brings us to my 1st question

I really appreciate any help guys!!

The only picture of it in the internet is pure garbage to print it in original size.

That was the NY POST.
That was a wild 4 week period in NYC between the Rangers and Knicks and the OJ Simpson murders. I think anyone who was into sports in NYC will put that month up with any other.

Maybe you can try going to a library in NYC and see if they have the old newspapers archived on one of those machines.

Nice idea but I´ll see many moons untill I can visit the big apple . Becoming a Dad an the NY-Trip had to be canceld. Next date to come is end 2012 / beginning of 2013...

The resolution isn´t that better tbh, looks a bit sharper but Photoshop says it´s only 11x14 cm so if I resize it to A3 or something like that it would look not good and that sharp anymore. But anyway thanks for your help bro! Appreciate it!

I saw a listing on ebay a couple weeks ago for $20 which had 9 newspapers in it. That was one of them along with Gretzkys retiring and a few other ranger ones. Just letting you know if you were interested in having the original (its not my listing btw)

Messier was asked by Mark Everson if the Rangers were going to win game 6. It was on a Tuesday morning after the Rangers stunk out MSG in game 5 the previous night. Messier didn't gather the media members around his locker and say put it in 10 inch bold print. Messier just answered the question and the Post put it on the back page of the paper.
