Falcons definitely have some cash. They went hard trying to see if Johnson would be interested in them since he's a Georgia native, but he re-signed today with the panthers. Those 11.5 sacks would have been huge for the falcons. I think they wanna spend money on D, so Nammy could be a key they go after, though I'd imagine he goes to the Jets or the Texans.
McNabb to Minnesota brings the end of one Washington soap opera. Now they just need a resolution to the Haynesworth issue (I figure he remains a Redskin for at least another year).
Looks like John Beck is the guy under center...
Though they also signed Barry Cofield which means they continue to add 4-3 personnel to their new 3-4 defense. I have no idea where he plays for them. NT? DE? If he could play NT that's great. They need a 3-4 NT more than anything, but at 6'4", 305lbs, he's a little over tall (over-tall is a thing, right?) and under sized for the position.
And yesterday's re-signing of Santana Moss was a great move. There may have been better options in FA, but it's always nice to take care of your own. I'd still like to see them go after a Holmes or a Rice to play the other side.

Maybe they'll get Orton, as Teebowsus has been anointed in Denver.
Tavares Jackson looks to be the QB in Seattle, I wonder what else will shake down.

I kinda hope he goes to the Texans. Such a talented team on offence but that secondary on defence last year was such a disaster to watch.

Sounds like Hasselbeck signed with the Titans. Kolb and Orton should be traded soon....I think Orton is the better and less expensive to get QB however.
Holmes also staying a Jet for 5 years....which I dont like at all

That's the thing, at least the Texans were respectable against the run, but you're right the secondary was Swiss cheese. The last half of the season I'd just pick up the starting QB for the team playing the texans in my fantasy leagues and I did amazing...the offense they have is silly, so if they could get Nnamdi and a little help for Mario Williams then they'd be very much improved.
I have no doubt they'll offer the biggest money, but if Nnamdi takes a pay cut then it brings a lot of teams into play, i.e. Jets and maybe even Dallas.

Atleast they can't at Asomugha, because hearing about him and Revis would get completely unbearable.
They can definitely afford Nnamdi still (Jets). They will let Edwards and Smith go most likely, sign a cheap receiver that's long to compliment Holmes (Moss or even Plaxico), and then find the money to sign Nnamdi.
Teams like the Texans and maybe even Cowboys will offer more, but he might take a paycut if he thinks he can win in New York. Also, there are rumours he wants to be an actor after he's done playing So NYC could have other hidden incentives for him to take less money.
Also, reports were that Sanchez is willing to restructure his deal to get better but that they haven't approached him to do so yet because they haven't needed to, so perhaps that will be something that may work as well.
Only problem is if you give him more money than Revis, you better hope he doesn't get pissed
EDIT: cowboys cleared nearly 18M to get Doug Free signed, so zero chance they have funds for Nnamdi, unless they make a big move elsewhere.
The other option is him going back to the Steelers, which would be perhaps an even more odd reunion.
Both would be strange imo, though he would fit with the new "classy" image of the Steelers. Look, as long as he can play and can still be nearly automatic in the Red-Zone, I'm fine with his return, I mean he went to jail for being stupid, basically, it would just be very very strange, because I didn't expect.
Well, Williams and Rice is a great duo, and signing Gallery really helps as well. Guys like Curry and Okung with another year under their belts help as well.
Sadly, in the NFL you basically go as far as your QB can take you, and TJ is not going to lead them anywhere IMO. I like a lot of Seahawks, but IMO they're still a 6-10 team unless they find a real QB with some experience.

Yes, T-Jack is not the answer, and I am not a big fan of Bevell as an OC either.
