He's not really flying under the radar, he just happens to have 3 solid defenseman above him in this particular group.
Or are you predicting he will be better than Carlson or Bogosian, or Blum?

I hate it when people do this. Just because he's last doesn't mean he bad?
Look at Kessel, picked last at the All-Star game. Doesn't mean he's a terrible player, in fact he is a great player

I love Carlson as much as any other USA fan for what he did in the gold medal game, and I also love the style he plays (consistent offensive with very good defensive skills as well), but I am in the minority yet again, as I frequently am on HF, saying that I think Blum will end up being the best.

This is how I rate them as well although I think Leddy will be better than McDonagh and might be the biggest surprise in this group of players.
