I know I'd get torn to shreds here, but I'd sooner trade the Sedins. Hank and Danny for Weber, Fisher/Legwand and some manor of moderate prospect, high draft pick and/or low scoring winger then trade Kesler for Weber.
Hell no we get Skinner for that weak package/thread.

We can live without KB's present, did we not get to the 7th game of the Stanley Cup without him?
Raymond seriously doesn't know what to do with the puck when he reaches the goalie except throw it right at his chest, after his cool twirls of the puck and speed.
I like how you seriously trying to reverse psychology the opposition:

Well for a guy who doesn't know what to do with the puck, somehow the puck managed to find its own way from his stick the back of the net 25 times a year ago (only 6 less than Skinner this last season). He also played most of last year injured and without a natural center on the 2nd unit PP. Just sayin ...
yes thank you for not doing that! wish all hf rookies would do the same.
This guy technically isn't a hf rookie either, so I'd like to extend this plead to everyone who questions their proposal. Especially if it's a blockbuster proposal.
Anyways, I thought they added a clause in the new CBA preventing players from returning to their former teams just months after being traded from them.
Any such clause would be to prevent rorting of the system and a UFA returning to his old club isn't anyway a rort, he's a UFA.
All though he'd be a great addition, he's the type of winger we already have an abundance of (maybe more talented) with Raymond, Sturm, Sweatt, Rodin Schroeder and Hodgson and does nothing to address any of our needs i.e a power forward or a top 4 Dman as a matter of fact you have us sending one of our top 4 back the other way.
Since we know Kesler won't be back until November, the ONLY way I see him getting moved is if Hodgson blows us all away. Let me re-phrase that actually, he WONT get moved, this is the only way I see it as possible. We have no replacement for Kesler outside of Hodgson, so if he isn't ready we essentially lose our secondary scoring. Even for Weber, that's not worth it.

Nah, you probably wouldn't. A lot of people seem to be valuing Kesler higher than the Sedins these days.
