Pick my Keepers

I get to keep 3 out of:

Drew Stafford RW
John Tavares C
Mikko Koivu C
Thomas Vanek LW
Patrick Kane RW
Marty Havlat RW

Right now I'm leaning Kane Vanek Tavares, but I have an offer to package Kane and Vanek for a top 5 fantasy player. Should I pull the trigger on Kane and Vanek? If so who should I keep?

Kane Tavares Havlat...Vanek will be hard pressed to crack 30G low 60's with emergence of Stafford and Ennis plus all the depth in Buf. Rather go with Havlat in SJ alongside Thornton boom or bust

Kane, Tavares, and Havlat.

Both Kane and Taveras are young and are still growing (potential-wise) and Havlat should have a good year on the Sharks.

As for the offer of Kane and Vanek for a top 5 fantasy player, I wouldn't do it. That's a hefty price to pay imo.

I don't want to say because most of the league posts on this site and I don't need somebody snaking him.

I'm surprised how many people like Havlat over Vanek. Vanek in my eyes is worth a bit more because you get bonuses for power play points, and goals are worth more than assists.

havlat is going to play on a deadly PP in SJ, last i checked havlat was a finisher too, when all else is equal i always go with the player on the better team, durability is the one area where i feel havlat falls short of vanek

would definitely make the trade for the top 5 player and then keep the man of mystery, havlat, and tavares--however i'm assuming that the top five player is one of the following-stamkos, crosby, ovechkin, perry, or a sedin twin

I'd make the trade probably.

Keep Havlat, Tavares and mystery player.
