Sounds like they are trying to compete with Hawks' Chelsea Dagger.

Doesn't work for me..

Mathieu Carle is in red, no contact jersey for the ducks. Slide into the boards yesterday and hurt himself.

He sounds like my brother. My brother is the type of person who could injure himself eating jello.

Saw the TSN-Jets channel so I decided to try it and it worked!

Are they going to be wearing white at home for the majority of the season? I know they have a history with the whiteout but I assumed it was mandated that the home team had to wear their colour uniform at home for almost every game.

The jerseys look better in action than they do in still pictures.

Schieffele is having a good game.

Great atmosphere there too.

I'm sure they boost their prices against Montreal and Toronto, it use to be cheap but now very expensive, they can play in front of empty seats

Yea, tickets against montreal in ottawa are crazy now. 4 years ago (or for Ovie's rookie season), I had tickets 2 row behind the window in Ottawa's zone for 85$ each. Not from a scalper, directly from the team.

I don't think Ottawa even lowers the price against other teams...

Malkin scored a great Malkin-esque goal tonight. Good to see Gino back on the ice, the game needs him.

Stars will announce shortly they've signed Mike Modano. This way he retires a Star

Real_ESPNLeBrun Pierre LeBrun
Modano's one-year deal will be for $999,999 (his number). Of course he won't collect since he's retiring. But cute

Hamrlik and Halpern had a good game in Washington. Hammer played over 27 minutes....

These are two vet players that I would had like the Habs to re-sign.

I get the same prices from capitaltickets. Not sure how he got them for 18$, they have never been this low.

I think he tried to get Hammer at 3.5M for 1 yr to come back, but Hammer wanted a 2 year deal...unfortunate. Guys like Hammer will be available during the season though, if we have injuries.

As for Halpern, they must figure Enqvuist or Trotter can fill that spot? Remains to be seen....both those additions do make the Caps a deeper team...I think this might push the Caps over the hump this year...
