I contemplated whether I should or not, but in the end I went with it. The discount on card packs and boosts is worth it.

EA is infamous for making tiny little cosmetic changes to their franchise games and calling it a day and NHL 12 is probably the worst offender yet, at least in the NHL series. Usually there's an adjustment period in the gameplay, or there's a new feature (Be a GM, BAP, HUT, etc) but honestly...it's almost the exact same game.

Not that I really care because I'll buy any NHL game and play it to death until the next one comes out but seriously...it's the same thing

I didn't find them that good tbh. I think me wats, bek and wtfp played better usually than that game. Only normal though, you played like 5 games with us, so it wasnt perfect. I think the remaining 4 could've beat them, they weren't difficult at all. I believe they were better in NHL 10.
