Rory Macdonald's next victim

Who would you like to see Rory fight next? he's one of the top young fighters in UFC and I think it's time he takes a step up in competition If I were Dana White I'm give him the winner of the condit/Penn fight or the winner of the Ellenberger/Sheilds

I want to see Rory beat everybody and then when GSP leaves the WW divsion Rory becomes the man.

MacDonald vs Koscheck at UFC 140 in Toronto.

If Koscheck doesn't want to fight in Canada then maybe put it on the November or January card.

I think Koscheck is a step below guys like Fitch and Shields but he is still a very good wrestler and he will test Rory's takedown defense/ground game.

Kos?

Didn't he suffer nerve damage?

140 is a long way away. I doubt he takes that much time off between fights, although it'd be awesome to see him in Canada again. I actually think Fitch would be a good matchup.

Fitch is rumored to be fighting Hendricks @ 139.

Going from fighting Mike Pyle to someone like Condit/Penn/Sheilds/Ellenberger is a huge step up in competition. I'm not saying he can't handle it as he did give Condit all he could handle over a year ago but it would make more sense for him to fight the winner of the Sanchez/Hughes fight or Dong Hyun Kim.

I'm going with m9, Ebersole would make a lot of sense. Rory is so young and has so much talent, there is no point in putting him up against a Kos/Fitch at this point. If he wins that fight it puts the UFC in a tough spot, he'd logically be ready for a title-shot at that point but if GSP is still holding the belt I'd doubt he'd fight him.

If they want him to face a bit of a bigger name I'd like to see him weight around for the Sanchez/Hughes winner.

don't want to see stun gun fight him aybe because whenever I think of Stun Gun I always thin of the interview he did after one of his fights where he said "I want GSP!!" and Joe just looed at him like he was a moron

Personally I think Stun Gun is the best fight for Rory. A definite step-up in competition and a good indicator of where both of these fighters line-up going forward.

Awards:
Koscheck is looking for a name opponent at 185 pounds. I'm thinking Vitor Belfort or somebody like that.

Rory will face Ebersole or Diego.

Would love to see Rory put a beating on Diego a la John Hathaway. That would be a solid fight IMO (depending on how Diego looks against Hughes).
Another name to throw into the hat would be Paulo Thiago, he's fighting a random American dude on the UFC Brazil card and I expect he'll win.
