He actually does not get all the minutes... there are times Cousins gets 4 or 5 shifts a period, because Stapleton is obsessed with playing the match up game... Cousins plays 1st PP and 2nd PK, for obvious reasons. I would argue if you put him on London, Kitchener, Windsor he would get more ice time, as some teams prefer to play their stars regardless of situation, or who they are matched up against. One thing is for sure, as bad as the Hounds have been, Cousins and Sproul have proved themselves as two elite players, and hopefully we can give them some support next year.
