I would be nervous coming in to this camp in that arena with thousands of people watching you after what he said on twitter and the backlash he got from some canuck fans calling him a useless pos and garbage career ahler.
I really don't think anyone cares. you make amends the FIRST time you meet by cracking a joke and once you go to battle for another team mate and get into a fight on the ice the boys will forgive and forget pretty quick

I agree the other players don't care.. But I would bet it's on his mind even a little bit.
Then I'm guessing you guys missed a beauty by Daniel. Outmuscled and undressed Rome for a backhand top shelf.
Hodgson could be more aggressive on the one on one drills.
Connauton paired with Rome, now that's scary
Sulzer, now that we are entering the contact drills, sulzer has shown to be the most physical so far.
And Schroeder made a defensive play that drew an Ahhhh from the crowd. They are playing keep away in the offensive zone, he pressured the point, made the d fumble and lose the puck, took it to center.

Schroeder showed some more of his new aggressive play, went in to hit Schneider, got bumped a bit along the boards but still battles through it and ended up taking away the puck. Not a bad feat considering it's 6'4 vs. 5'8.
Hodgson showing some real battle one on one. Went for bieksa in the corner, knocked him down to his knees. Showed good transitions in his skating, quick turns. And made bieksa lose the puck in the end.
Bieksa trying to stand up Hansen each time. Very funny to watch Hansen push back.
Ahh we have Rona advertising on our jerseys now! Luckily it's small but still :S
Also still a lot of room down here. A good hundred seats still available if you just woke up.
BTW here is an interview with Adam Polasek by Harrison Mooney of the Vancouver Sun Blog Pass it to Bulis on KOing and breaking the nose of Oilers prospect Colten Teubert the other night in the Young Stars game: http://www.vancouversun.com/sports/T...879/story.html
For those who missed the tilt:
Whether or not Polasek was slated for the main camp before the fight, he is there now. He is more of a two way Dman as opposed to an enforcer:
Polasek found it amusing that fans were thinking the Canucks had found a new enforcer. He's had two fights in each of his two years with the PEI Rocket of the Quebec League. Dropping the gloves is usually not part of his game.
"I laughed when I read on the website that I'm the next tough guy," he said. "That's too much."
“I was doing good at the start, but then I just opened up and got my bell rung. It happens to everybody and I’m sure it’s going to happen to me a couple more times in my career,” Teubert said on Monday. “I’m feeling pretty good right now, but with all the (focus on) concussions, we want to take the right route.”
...
“I’ve broken my nose three times and I’ve only had one black eye. I think I have some pretty tough skin,” Teubert said, “but we’re taking the right route. We’re not sure what’s going on right now.”

WHAT?!?!
Also what time would you suggest going down tomorrow? I saw a twitpic from @vancanucks and it looked to be a decent sized line up just to get in.

Yep, small rona logo on the right chest of the practice jersey.
Well I started walking from my place at 845, less than 5 minutes, walked in with no line. Granted if you wanted to be near those girls, you need to get there earlier, but I was in the last few rows of the lower deck. I like it there because you can see both sides and see the drills develop.
If it's too early, you can always watch the 2nd group and get into the first 10 rows, it's half empty right now because you can leave and come back in whenever you want.

I see they're experimenting with Higgins at centre in the drills. It makes sense with Kesler out. If they don't feel Hodgson is ready by the time the season starts, using Higgins as the 2nd line centre should be considered.
Ballard and tanev first skaters on the ice. For the gear junkies, looks like tanev is using a RS instead of his reebok 10k as usual. And confirmed he is #8 now.
Bromance between Rodin and erixon has already started.
Confirmed Ellington no where to be seen. Nolan has taken his number 77. Still has a bit of quickness in his feet on this drill.
Rodin has bobbled the puck 3 times this drill. Looks a bit nervous.
Parent is #7, not the 34 on the program.
Corrado looks really good on that last drill, a good skater as expected. Same with erixon.
