It's great to see that King is in good shape, vital for our title chances.

Based on what you are saying Leslie, looks like MDZ to the Whale and Tank up with the big club. Thoughts?

Rangers may have to accept that Del Zotto may never be a great defenseman.

At the very least he won't be in the near future. May take him awhile.

In the meantime, he needs to really produce offensively to make up for his poor D.

We have a couple of weeks to go before a decision is made on MDZ or Valentenko. Both are expected to be taken to Europe with the team.

I really like MDZ but I was begging Gordie to take Carlson...one of the few times Gordie has let me down.

That was one hell of a mistake by ole Gordie. Carlson would be our best defenseman right now.

Hes 21 years old. Not even done growing physically yet. Lets not jump to conclusions on a players future.

Was never a fan of Del'Zotto to begin with, so the fact he still hasn't made the jump yet doesn't surprise me.

Could be kinda close. Depends on whether he picks up where he left off last season. Definitely our best two-way guy.
