How much you sellin' those leftovers for? (kidding)

Thank you!
Fat chance on the sales. Ha ha! Those are gold in a middle aged person's house.

Epsom salts are cheap--they come in a milk carton sized container for about $3 at the drugstore, Target, Walmart, etc. You use about a cup so it lasts a long time. Epsom salts is magnesium...really helps with aches and pains and it doesn't smell bad. You can get the scented kind but it's a lot more expensive that way--you can get the same effect with some essence of (lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint...whatever) and just put a few drops in the bath water with the plain salts.

Definitely. I drink about two gallons of water per day when I'm working out normally, and try to eat about 30 grams of protein four times per day. Additionally, I hover around the 3000-3500 calorie total daily

Yeah that's something I've been doing for about a year now. It has definitely helped. I think I just need to buy a back brace, and wear it when I'm going to be bending over or lifting a lot

Why would you use a heating pad?

My only memory from 1994 is playing Guess Who with a friend during indoor recess in 2nd grade.

So today some jerk in a red BMW SUV about runs me over from behind trying to merge onto I-65 and being the cautiois defensive driver that I am I honked the horn and flipped him the bird as he went by. Then I notice he has a Preds license plate... Number 0006... I'm guessing I either fipped off one of the owners or coaches.... (And it wasn't Weber, thank goodness, or I probably wouldn't have any unbroken fingers to type this)

Went out tonight in need of shoes. I got no shoes, but I did get a new gold sweater and matching hat. $215 later I still need shoes

You shop kinda like I do.

I needed coat hangers at Target so I stopped in after work. $100 later I still didn't have the coat hangers but I did have some important new purchases (with nothing to hang them on). Eh, I found some hangers. You'll find some shoes.

I got to meet Brian Burke for the third time last night. He still intimidates the snot out of me. Didn't look very happy either. Don't know if his unease came from something in Toronto or if his prized prospect Tyler Biggs looked like poo last night.

On of my favorite moveis of all time, Major League, was on last night... watched the credits roll, and had no idea that Perdo Cerano was played by Dennis Haysbert...

I just imagined... "you're in good hands, with Jobu"

The blue jacket's organization sucks so much they can't even post the correct date on their career fair... I was thinking about going because a ticket to the fair includes a game ticket I could give to a friend and I was interested in interviewing with some of the broadcast companies there. Proves once again, Blue Jackets SUCK

Yes. I was a bit surprised. He must need something to do to take his mind off of the Braves getting ready for pitchers/catchers.
