I'd say Quick. Hiller is a lot of risk but even more reward if you're willing to gamble. He is the better player and claims to be symptom free. But vertigo is supposed to be a life sentence.

Quick, but I'm definitely worried about Bernier possibly stealing more starts away this year. If other people get scared off by Hiller, I wouldn't mind taking that risk a round or two later.

LA wants to win now as validated by their off-season moves of unloading Schenn for Richards and bringing in another established vet winger in Gagne. Quick has been their tender for two seasons and has two seasons of playoff experience under his belt where as Bernier has no playoff experience and minimal NHL experience. Quick will not lose his job in LA to Bernier any quicker than Luongo woould lose his job in VAN to Schneider last season as both LA and VAN are in "win now" mode and both Luongo and Quick are the options to get them there. Hiller on the other hand is on a strong club that can do serious damage but so can LA, SJ, DAL and VAN respectively so that coupled with their weaker defense core plus Hillers prior unknowningly facilitated Vertigo issues I'd go Quick for sure.

Quick. Hiller has the risk and Quick is really developing and LA is primed for a great year.
