Since they signed Nagle, it's a lot harder to justify a higher ranking for Jaro.

Scott Jackson. I mean, they wouldn't of let Mihalik go if Jackson wasn't the real deal...right?

Janus, has the highest ceiling than any other prospect there. Has the potential to be an awesome number 1, has all the tools....just seems like he forgets to bring all of them to his game at times. If he can get the mental aspect of the game down, he will be a dominate player for us in the future. After Last season though, I do have my doubts.

I don't see him being a number 1 at all, ever.

I honestly think Nagle will supplant Janus in due time.

I still believe Tokarski is the top dog and will come out on top when all is said and done but I think Nagle and Janus are quality G prospects that have the potential to be a starter too. We've gone through so many goaltending prospects in the past. Hopefully chances are 1 of them makes it this time.

Janus was great in the 09 WJC. He made the tournament all-star team over Tokarski and Markstrom. He had a good first season in the AHL and then I don't know what happened this past season. Lost his confidence?

Nagle, although undrafted, has his share of honors in college hockey and also got a Hobey Baker nomination. His stats were ranked in the top 10 along with other top division 1 goalies even though he didn't play for a top division school.

It's going to be interesting to see how they come out ranked at the end of Norfolk's training camp.

Agreed with everything here. Janus does have the tools to be an amazing goaltender, just this year.....I don't know what happened. Perhaps his confidence was shot for being sent to the ECHL???? Well, we need him to step his game up. Especially if he wants to be the Starter for the Ads next year(Or whoever is our AHL team then.) Has to prove that last year was a bad year for him, and not the norm.

Tokarski however is by far the best goalie we have in our system right now.
