Whats the face value of these tickets... your price seems steep to me?
Essentially what the Flyers did was raised the single game prices about 112%. The actual cost for these seats per ticket at season ticket holder price is around $38, the flyers organization is basically forcing everyone into buying season tickets. I myself go to all the games and pay $20-$40 depending on the opponent. Go to a game and notice all the empty seats, and they will announce that its a sell out because most of the empty seats were bought up by brokers.
Looking for 4 tickets for Saturday vs the blue jackets if anyone has tickets let me know. Trynna spend like 25-30 per ticket, don't care where they are.
I've got a pair for Monday against the Hurricanes. Buyer bailed on meeting. Sect. 208, Row 4 (end where Flyers shoot twice). I paid $118 for the pair. Best offer gets them.
Yeah, I've been moving to that. Still haven't sold any off there yet. And, I haven't been pricing them outrageously, just so I make my money back. Not that it will help, but when my STH rep calls me next, he'll be sure to know that I'm not happy. Personally, I think it's screwing over the people who have been loyal by using the Flyers own service, now they're pushing people away for it, but when they raise ticket prices again, I'll get a letter blaming StubHub users for it.
For people who have used StubHub to sell tickets, do you use .pdf to send them? I'm not sure if I'm able (or know how) to upload them via pdf.
Yeah, the Flyers need to do more to drive traffic away from StubHub. It's in their best interest as well, as they make fees on the resales.
It is awful, though, that they came out and said the ticket price increase was based on prices from the secondary market. With that secondary market a near-disaster this season -- with the Sixers not playing, the Phillies bowing out early and the Eagles being awful -- ticket sales should be flying and they are now. And the mantra from the Flyers has been sell a game or two and the profit will cover the additional cost. With everyone selling, and brokers piling up the STH packages to get WC tickets, the market is so flooded that the loyal STH are taking the hit.
I don't expect the Flyers to step up and say they will reduce ticket prices for next season based on the secondary market.

At least the brokers won't be back next season. No Winter Classic in 2013.
I have 2 seats available for black Friday afternoon game against the Habs. Sec 209 row 14. Shoot me an email @ slicknick618@yahoo.com if interested in those as well as the Detriot and Nashville games.
Can any STH(or anyone) enlighten me on this Meet the Team thing going on Monday? This is the first I've heard of it and I'd be curious about going if I could find tickets.
Hi, looking for 2 tickets to either the Sens game January 7th, or the Devils game February 4th. Please pm me if you have two to sell and the details. Thanks.
Hey guys, huge Flyers fan from Toronto coming down for the Winter Classic, if anyone has any tickets they are looking to move or can point me in the right direction besides stub hub that would be awesome, Cheers guys
This is somewhat ticket related, figured this was the best thread for the question...
Anyone know where I can find tickets for photos with players for the Wives Carnival? Many of the more popular players are already sold out. Not sure if they'll release more spots for any of the players or not, it's been a while since I've gone.
Any info on this or how I can obtain a ticket for an already sold out players would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
